Two storey side extension and complete remodeling of the internal floor spaces including new feature stair. The house had previously been poorly extended and the circulation between floors was ineffective. We consolidated the plan by adding a feature stair which forms the centerpiece of the house.

The previous owners had tried several times to get planning for the 2 storey side extension but this was refused. We developed a simple design in keeping with the house and used photo montage and 3d models to portray the proposals and illustrate that this would be an improvement compared to the existing condition.

Full services were provided from inception through to completion.
