Queens Road

This small cottage is a Building of Townscape Merit located in the Queens Road Conservation Area. Our Clients asked us to reconfigure all the floors and prepare designs for a single storey rear extension and loft extension.

We prepared all drawings and documentation up to planning approval for the works to the main house and subsequently for a new-build garage and studio space to replace a garage at the rear of the site.

The models that were prepared for the design and statutory applications helped to overcome concerns over potential impact on neighbours and were later developed to detail the new stair installation and assess height restrictions.
